Exhibition conditions:
Registration is mandatory for exhibitors and visitors
no later than 21/02/2018 (Your companion, spouse, friends etc. will only be accepted separately).
Only when present us your registration as an exhibitor, you get sent a document for animal registration.
The animal registration and acceptance will take place on 24/02/2018
between 8.00- 9.45a.m.. The review begins at 10:00 a.m..
The number of exhibition animals is unlimited.
The exhibition animals must be healthy and untouched.
Visible manipulated or sick, as well as bearing animals are excluded from the assessment.
The minimum weight of the animals may not be less than 300g.
For the exhibition the standardized exhibition cages are required.
If necessary, standardized cages can be made available.
There will be not liability by the organizers.
Entry fees will not be refunded.
There is no right of appeal.
Entry fees:
The entry fee is 6 euros per animal.
The rent for the exhibition cages and trays is free.
Judges:
The judges Astrid Koch follow the rules of the
50 point system of EPVC.
Judgment:
Standard animals of 4-7 months will be evaluated in comparison and animals from 8+ months with points.
Mutations animals of 4-6 months will be evaluated in comparison and animals from 7+ months with points.
Award:
Each color class one winner 4-5 months, 6-7 months
and 1st - 2nd place color class winners from 8+ months.
The color class groups are determined on the show (as required, at least three animals per color class). Only a 1st place can be a color class winner.

1st show winners standard animals from 6-7 months
1st show winners standard from 8+ months

Raffle:
Our raffle will be held again. All raffle prizes are provided with numbers, so that prices can already be picked up in the breaks. The sale starts at 8 a.m. (1 ticket for 1 euro).
Food and beverages:
Sandwiches, warm meal etc. and drinks can be purchased for reasonable prices onsite. In addition, a cake buffet is planned for the afternoon.
